Application Manual for 50ml Caulking Gun and Adhesive

Application:

1. Push the black handle bar forward to allow insertion of the cartridge
2. Pull the plunger backwards to the end.
3. Remove the white cap.
4. Fix the static mixer onto the tip of cartridge and screw tight
5. Insert the cartridge into the gun and it is now ready to use
6. When finished application, push the forward to release the pressure on the and prevent leakage.

Notices:

1. Before applying onto the desired gap, dispose the first 40cm of extruded adhesive to prevent uneven mixing and incomplete curing.
2. The adhesive within the static mixer will begin to cure slowly if no working time is over 15 minutes.  A little harder to press the gun for continuous operation.
3. Extrusion will become difficult when over its operation time(about 20 minutes). It needs to change a new static mixer for continuous use.
4. Unused adhesive in cartridge can be stored together with the cured static mixer. To use it again, change a new static mixer before operation.
